"TRAVELERS BEWARE!! STAFF STEALS MONEY"

I stayed one night at this motel on the 5th of Jan 2013. I was in transit so I had a good amount of money with me (approx. $900 USD). After checking in I confirmed that my money was still in my bags and I locked them in the room and kept the key with me as I went to the outside bar to have dinner. When I came back the room was locked and inside nothing was out of the ordinary except that all my money was gone from inside one of my bags. I complained to the staff and the manager, but they did nothing. I have lived in Tanzania for three years travelling the Country and staying at many budget hotels like this one. I strongly recommend NOT staying here. They're many other budget hotels near the international airport in Dar way better than this one.
