When we arrived, African Instint booking had failed to forward our reservation, so the rooms that we booked had been registered to someone else.
The people at the lodge responded professionally and quickly to figure out how to accomodate us with what rooms were left. They went out of the way to be sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.
