PAYMENTS TERMS
A 25% non refundable deposit of total value of the booking will be required to confirm the booking, subject to room availability.
Balance 75% is required to be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date, subject to room availability.
In case the booking is requested within 30 days from the date of arrival, 100% of the total package amount is required to confirm the booking.
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival date, Arusha Travel lodge will issue a credit note for the amount paid in access of 25% of total package amount.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival date, Arusha Travel Lodge will issue credit note for the amount paid in excess of 50% of total package amount.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival date , Arusha Travel lodge will not issue any credit note.
Arusha Travel Lodge will not refund any cancellations amounts whereas issue only credit notes which can be used for future bookings.
